Teegan is 1 Year Old!

I cannot believe my baby girl is 1 year old already!  She has such an ornery and adorable personality!  She is an independent little girl who has her own agenda, but luckily with the help of my mom, we were able to get her to smile and look {somewhat} at the camera!
